SuperBowl SuperFoods Meal

Touchdown, field goal, 2-point conversion !
Superfoods are the game-point-winning nutrients that always score big points to the digestive system !

Tonight I made a 'superfood bowl' that was the perfect touch for gameday !

Meal:
4 oz Salmon (wild)
3oz Sweet Potato
1 1/2c Spinach (raw)
1/4c Blueberries
2 oz Avocado

Dressing:
Fresh squeezed Lemons
2 tsp Olive Oil

Drink:
Warm Lemon Water
